From the highs of love to the lows of grief and disillusionment, **Still Crystal**'s music resonates with authenticity and raw honesty. Amsterdam based singer and songwriter Cristina Popescu brings together gentle yet powerful vocals, a nuanced theatrical touch and deeply personal lyrics, into an alternative pop/rock narrative that transcends the surface. Her 2023 debut record, “The Other Side of the Story”, is a 12-track full length album that delves into the intricate layers of the human psyche as it grapples with grief and emotional trauma. Time, love, memories, and the desire for growth and moving forward are some of the recurring themes that unfold throughout this introspective project. Still Crystal’s latest single, “The End”, explores the depths of loss and longing, despair and desolation, capturing a profound sense of abandonment and highlighting the painful realization that some wounds may never fully heal. An anthem of heartbreak, this song is a must-listen for anyone who has ever experienced the pain of rejection. And we’ll be the first to hear the studio version performed live! https://stillcrystal.com/ ---------- **TRU Band Room events in Decentraland are made possible in part by a generous grant from the Decentraland DAO.** https://dao.decentraland.org/ ---------------- **TRU Band Room** is the premier music venue in Decentraland for new and emerging musicians.
