Join us as we present a groundbreaking virtual tour of “Sankofa City” in the Metaverse. Sankofa City is a community design project that envisions concepts and prototypes for the future of urban technology, based in the historic Leimert Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. Artist, Filmmaker, Community Arts Activist, and Founder of KAOS NETWORK, Ben Caldwell, along with his daughter Dara Caldwell-Ross is using this historic moment to bridge the digital divide and celebrate the historical roots of this Black Artist village, while moving the culture courageously into the future. For Juneteenth 2022 KAOS Network is taking a bold step into the Metaverse with blending crypto technology, Afro-futurims and multimedia art to create "Sankofa City".
