This October, Decentraland transforms into Fright Night—a virtual celebration of Halloween, Day of the Dead, and all things spooky. From haunted parkour runs to undead dance parties, the stage is set for the community to bring the chills and thrills to life.

Built for horror, this template sets the stage for haunted stories, parkour quests, or jump-scare games with gothic arches, creaking floors, and eerie attics. It’s an evergreen backdrop for anyone wanting to host a horror experience or give visitors chills year-round.
The Cozy House Template
This template is all warmth and soft light on the surface, but full of potential for hidden tricks. Its natural textures, glowing windows, and homey layout make it ideal for a peaceful retreat or a deceptive disguise for something more sinister.

Social Competition: Show Your Spooky or Cozy House
What to do: Use the ready-to-go Creator Hub Spooky House or Cozy House templates to build and deploy your own version to LAND or your WORLD.
How to enter: Film a short virtual tour of your house, built using the Spooky or Cozy House Template and post it on X or Instagram Reels, tagging @Decentraland on X or @decentraland_foundation on Instagram.
When: Oct 21 through Nov 3.
Prizes: 5 creators will each receive 400 MANA.
