The metaverse is going to get a lot more beautiful next week, June 12-16, with the debut of Metaverse Beauty Week, organized by creative agency CULT. The beauty festival will take place across Decentraland, Spatial, and Roblox with IRL events in London as well, rallying together a curation of some of today’s hottest beauty brands, including LUSH, Neutrogena, ULTA, Lottie London, I AM PROUD, FLANNELS Beauty and more! Curated for subversive beauty lovers and curious Web3 explorers, this week will be all about challenging perceptions of beauty through discovery and play. What to Expect from MBW2023 in Decentraland
MBW2023’s carefully curated program is full of inspiring talent and enticing moments, set to stimulate the senses for beauty lovers around the world. Taking place in Decentraland’s Vegas City, the event offers multiple experiences with games and prizes, opportunities to learn, and parties to show off your glam looks.
In addition to experiences from Decentraland’s very own CK Bubbles and SuperNina, notable names from the beauty industry will be involved in MVB in Decentraland as well. AR makeup artist and former GLOW UP judge Paige Piskin, named “Legend of the Metaverse” by VICE, will visit Decentraland on the festival’s first day, June 12 for a meet & greet with her fans and brand ambassador Kerry Washington will collaborate with Neutrogena to offer visitors a experience that dives deep into the Skin’s Vitals.
