Marketplace Credits Season 2: Bigger Rewards Start August 11

Season 2 of Marketplace Credits kicks off on Monday, August 11 at 00:00 UTC—and this round, rewards pack an extra punch.

What’s Changing

  • 9 weeks long (extended from 8).

  • 5x the Credits for every task. (For example: logging in three times used to give 4 Credits—now it’s 20.)

  • Tasks will start out the same as before, and more may be introduced later in the season.

  • More ways to use Credits—spending on publishing collections is still in development, but expected to roll out in the future. 

New Weekly Goals

This season also introduces a fresh rotation of tasks to keep things fun:

  • Jump into Decentraland on 3 separate days.

  • Attend 2 events for at least 5 minutes.

  • Snap a photo emoting with someone.

  • Explore a highlighted scene at the listed coordinates (changes weekly).

Each completed goal earns you Marketplace Credits, which can be spent on Wearables and Emotes.

Dates to Remember

  • Last day to earn Credits: October 12 at midnight UTC.

  • Last day to spend Credits: October 26 at midnight UTC.

  • Credit weeks run Monday to Sunday, resetting at 00:00 UTC each week.
